Michiganโs largest self storage operator just got bigger. Pogoda Companies expands their store operations by purchasing the New-West Mini Storage on Newburgh Road in Westland, Michigan. The bank-owned property was purchased for $1.6 million.
The facility will be converted into Pogodaโs flagship brand and will be called National Storage Centers – Westland on Newburgh Road. The property consists of 8 buildings with 378 units totaling 52,350 square feet of rentable storage space. These numbers add to Pogodaโs almost 3 million rentable square feet of storage space.
