This newly purchased property has 97,200 square feet of space across 700 units, which includes a mix of drive-up storage units and RV/Boat parking spaces. It is conveniently located on Torrey Rd just off US 23. It offers 24-hour digital surveillance. Pogoda now owns/operates 71 self-storage properties in its portfolio. Lake Fenton Self Storage will be rebranded under Pogodaโ€™s National Storage flag and added to theย www.storenational.comย website.
