This newly purchased property is conveniently located on West Huron Street just off Telegraph in Waterford Township, Michigan. It is unmanned and is fully automated featuring 24-hour digital surveillance and secure digital entry through Nokฤ“ access. It will serve as an annex to our nearby Bloomfield Hills location just 1 mile away. Pogoda now owns/operates 70+ self-storage properties in its portfolio. Waterford Storage House has been rebranded under Pogodaโ€™s National Storage flag and added to theย www.storenational.com website as Bloomfield North.
