National Storage Management Co. (NSM) is growing again with the addition of two management accounts in Cleveland, Ohio and in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Both properties are strategically located, complimenting and strengthening NSMโs existing portfolio footprint.
Now rebranded as National Storage โ Lakewood East, the Cleveland property has undergone extensive renovations and improvements, including new doors, paving, paint, and roofing. The facility has also added 55 RV parking spaces, complementing its 326 storage units and 41,200 square feet of rentable space.
In Kalamazoo, the fully climate-controlled Cobb Avenue facility features 640 units and 64,285 square feet of rentable space. Currently in its lease-up phase, the property is well positioned to benefit from National Storageโs institutional management expertise and portfolio-wide scale.
